"WALDEN TWO" just sailed with ease to Hawaii from San Francisco. She is a heavily built fiberglass ocean cruiser which is totally equipped
and ready to head for the South Pacific. This yacht has full keel, surround raised bulwarks, fiberglass molded cabin trunk and deck, and foredeck with pulpit. Double V berth
forward, then enclosed head ( Lavac fresh water flush/holding tank) and hanging locker. The 80 gallon aluminum water tank is below the starboard dinette. There is
a pressure cold water system. The galley has a Force 10 two-burner/oven stove, with an icebox under the forward dinette seat, and double stainless sinks.
ELECTRONICS
2 house batteries plus engine start battery with both solar and wind charging, plus Heart Interface inverter. Standard Horizon
Matrix6-2000 VHF radio, Maretron AIS GPS, Maretron NMEA 2000 system, depth sounder/speed log, Raymarine ST 1000 and Simrad ST 30 autohelms. Ritchie 5" compass.
SAILS/SPARS
Single spreader aluminum mast with tabernacle mast step on deck. Both jib and staysail are on Pro-Furl furlers. Aluminum
boom and whisker pole. All sails are in good condition.
PROPULSION
Volvo 23 HP diesel. Engine is under cockpit with access from the front under the companionway, and both sides through the
quarter berths, as well as through a bolted down cockpit hatch. Two blade bronze prop. Tiller steering. Aluminum 38 gallon fuel tank is beneath port quarter berth.
