DESCRIPTION

  WAHINE RA is a Bill Tripp designed Columbia 45 Motor Sailer which has been in the day charter business for 25 years. Owner has retired and has decided to sell his yacht. Boat has bimini with front and side curtains, a custom radar arch with davits, boom gallows with mainsheet traveler, roller furling main and jib, spinnaker, removable inner forestay and staysail, and other spare sails. The boat is set up so that all sails are handled from the helm station.
Interior, starting forward: 2 single berths, then hanging locker and head opposite, then full galley and dinette opposite, then up 2 steps is main salon with built-in couches on either side, navigation station, stereo and TV, all electrical switches and electronics, etc. Entire salon deck comes up for easy engine access. Aft cabin has queen berth port to starboard, hanging locker, lots of storage, and head with separate shower stall.

NOTE: Seller will supply a coat of bottom paint and complete boat check-out for New Owner.

PROPULSION

  Perkins 4-236 (85 HP) installed in 2003. Approx. 4,000 hours. Velvet Glide transmission with 2.3 gear reduction. Burns approx. 1 gal/hour at 7 knots cruising speed.
