Captain John Jordan
Captain John Jordan's high-level of experience and expertise was developed over 30 years of delivering, operating and
maintaining various boats and sportfishing yachts, in Kona waters.
After extensive training, and becoming FAA licensed and certified, John worked as an aircraft mechanic for seven years before
moving onto the ocean and starting a new career in Kona's world famous sport fishing industry. He obtained his USCG skippers license in 1969, and then ten years later
took on a parallel career as a licensed real estate broker. He brought those talents and experience together and began working as a Broker for Pacific Boats and Yachts, around the turn of the millennium.
John has had an illustrious career as a sport fishing captain, delivering seven International Game Fish Association world
records for his clients over the years. He currently owns and operates a charter fishing business on his 32' custom built Force "Kona Spirit," which keeps him on the water
and in regular communication with the sportfishing industry.
John has been married to his delightful wife Joyce, since 1975, and they have a son and a grand-son, born January 10, 2001.
His training as a mechanic, time spent in the real estate industry and 30+ years of
experience in Kona's sport fishing fleet have allowed John to broadly assist many individuals and businesses with the selection, procurement, operation and management of the perfect vessel.
